Dr. Natalia Wagemans and Dr. Ryan Carvalho welcome attendees to the 2023 Companion Animal Nutrition (CAN) Summit and provide overviews of the Purina Institute and Nestlé Research & Development, respectively. 

CAN Summit 2023 focuses on advances in comparative geroscience, providing a One Health perspective on the study of aging in humans and pets. An overview of how the program content is organized and a brief introduction to the four section chairs is given.
